Applique Kitty!

My applique wall hanging is almost done! I still have to add a few embellishments. I have to make whiskers on the cat. I also have to embroider a needle on the sewing machine. Once the embroidering is complete, it will be all set to machine quilt.

This is the picture on the pattern. My fabrics are a little different as well as the placement of some of the items. However, it's very similar over all. I think this will make a nice little addition to my sewing room. Hope my two cats like it too!

    1. I think Toby will be mad if he sees this in your sewing room! You need a doggie sitting near a sewing machine!!

  4. I love your applique wall hanging! Love the design on the sewing machine making it appear like an antique. Of course the kitty is so delightful and is so representative of many quilters like you who love their cats. Cats like my dog love quilts. They are soooo smart. My dog is sitting next to my desk chair. I am so afraid I am going to step on her or roll my chair into her. She wants to be so close to me. I am sure this will brighten up your sewing room.
