Here are 2 blocks followed by close ups to help you see the quilting.
I've been trying a few new designs. I've had to rip out a few things that just didn't seem to work but I'm happy with it so far. I feel I'm getting more comfortable and less afraid to try new things.
When I'm not quilting, I've been reading a book by Kristin Hannah called True Colors. Anyone read it? It's so good. I can't put it down! I love her books. If you ever get a chance to read anything by her, do it! You won't be disappointed.
Hi Rosemary! Lovely, lovely quilting you have accomplished. I am still in straight line mode--but loving it! Can't wait to see yours all quilted--it'll be super! julierose
ReplyDeleteThanks so much! Hope I'll feel better about machine quilting after this one is done. I need the practice!
DeleteLovely! I wish you had posted the picture of the back in large or extra large size so I could see details even better--but that's because I love the quilting.
ReplyDeleteYour quilting looks great! My Blogger's BOM is sandwiched and thread basted... Just have to figure out how to quilt it....
ReplyDeleteLet me know how it goes. It's taking me forever how to figure out the quilting for each block. I like it so far but it's so slow! I have 6 blocks left and then the big decision will be all about the sashing!
